This stay was awesome. The decor may be described as outdated by some, but I felt as if my grandparents could have lived there. Plenty of linens, plenty of pots/pans/dishes. Some beach toys and chairs. Laundry available in the condo. There was room for my 3 kids to spread out and play. Beach access on property and access to condo pool. Condo staff cleaned pool and public areas daily.

We had a great stay at Philip’s Sandcastle #613 condo. The condo is very comfortable for a family of 4 people, the room configuration allows for privacy, and the dining/living room is great to hang out together. The condo provides excellent beach equipment – we enjoyed the beach every day of our stay! I recommend this place for a relaxing family vacation on the beach.

Great clean place

It seemed like everything (furniture, appliances, bedding) was brand new. The condo was much nicer than the pictures showed. We loved the ease of checking in and the ground floor meant no waiting for elevators. The unit, as well as the complex, is very clean and family friendly. Everything we needed was available.The only thing I didn’t love was that the unit actually faces a public parking lot and motel. The description said no view, so we weren’t expecting one, but we didn’t expect the “view” to be of a busy public beach parking lot. We ended up having to keep the blinds closed the whole week. In spite of that, we would definitely return to this unit. It was roomy and much nicer than a hotel.

We loved it!

Great unit for a family of 5, lots of space. Very clean upon arrival, easy check-in and pack with everything you need in the kitchen and the bathroom. The pool is great and the unit is practically on the beach. You’re a five minutes drive from down town Cocoa Beach, shops are close by and a Publix is 5 minutes away. It’s not a brand new unit but it’s very well designed and a great value I would recommend staying there. Thanks again

This condo is clean, spacious and has a partial view of the beach. I loved the lay-out of the condo, the two balconies and the two bathrooms. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and grocery stores. It’s right on the beach with plenty of beach gear in the hall closet. We had a wonderful time and would book again!!

A fantastic oceanfront view & good location in Cocoa Beach are the main draws to this Sandcastle condo. We stayed in the same condo last year. It is on the 7th & top floor which adds to the view. There was lots of room for the 3 of us. The condo could use upgrades, but we knew that going in. I think some of the furniture was new so maybe more upgrades are coming.

We had an amazing stay!! The home is absolutely stunning, spacious, amazing River view & very clean inside & out. The amenities were thoughtful, including linens/ towels & upscale kitchen appliances. The hosts were excellent communicators & promptly answered any questions we had. The backyard was breathtaking. Last but not least, the dolphin viewing was amazing & beyond anything we could have imagined. Thank you for a memorable trip!
